Wash your lettuce leaves, being careful not to tear them.
Chop up the tomatoes, onion and avocado.
Place all of the ingredients except for the lettuce leaves and cilantro into a bowl. Stir to combine.
Spoon the mixture into your lettuce leaves, and sprinkle the chopped cilantro on top.
Notes
You can also sprinkle chilli flakes on top if you like a bit of spice. Bibb, romaine or Boston lettuce leaves are best for this recipe.This recipe should make around 12 wraps.
