Prepare your vegetables - dice the yellow pepper, and cut the corn off the cob
Combine the black beans and spices and make sure they're evenly coated
Spread the marinara sauce over the pizza base
Top with black beans and vegetables
Bake on a pizza stone for 1-15 minutes, until the crust starts to turn golden & crispy
Top with dollops of vegan sour cream, ranch dressing, or fresh avocado
Notes
If making your own pizza dough, you'll need to allow at least an hour for it to rise. You can also use refined beans for this recipe - simply mix in the spices, and spoon it onto your base, then lightly spread it over the marinara sauce.
