Vegan Breakfast Parfait with Yogurt & Granola!
– Nutty Granola
– Pecan Nuts
– Maple Syrup
– Flaked Coconut
– Coconut Yogurt
Blend 1 cup of yogurt with the blueberries and 1 tbsp of maple syrup. Separately, blend the remaining 1 cup of yogurt with 1 tbsp maple syrup.
Prepare the parfait by adding one layer of coconut yogurt, then one layer of the blueberry yogurt you just prepared.
Finish by adding a layer of granola, chopped pecan nuts, and coconut flakes.
Take your time assembling your parfaits. You don’t want those beautiful looking layers mushed into each other!
