Mix the ingredients to create the delicious base layer for these vegan chocolate bars. Press firmly into the pan.

Whisk together the peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil & salt until smooth. Place the nougat layer in the freezer.

Sprinkle the roasted peanuts over the nougat layer evenly and pop back to the freezer.

Cut the base & nougat mixture into 12 vegan snickers bars.
