Drain the jackfruit and rinse it well. Then, chop the jackfruit off the core, and discard the core pieces. Shred the flesh of the jackfruit with your hands.
Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven to 350°F (175°C). Add extra cheese shreds as soon as you take it out of the oven and they’ll melt with the heat of the dish.
