Treat yourself to homemade goodness with these easy, no-bake Vegan Snickers Bars!

Gather Your Goodies Start with simple ingredients: almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, dark chocolate, peanut butter, roasted peanuts, and a pinch of salt.

Mix almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, and salt. Press firmly into a lined square tray and freeze.

Prepare the Base Layer

Whisk peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and salt until smooth. Pour over the chilled base.

Create the Nougat

Sprinkle roasted peanuts evenly over the nougat layer for that signature Snickers crunch!

Add the Crunch

Place the tray back in the freezer for about an hour to set the  layers perfectly.

Freeze to Set

Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil together. Pour over the set nougat for a rich  chocolate layer.

Chocolate Topping

For slices, cut into squares. For bars, cut into rectangles and then drizzle with  more chocolate.
