Sugar-free sweet potato brownies are dense, moist and everything you’d expect from a fudgy chocolate brownie!


– Sweet Potato – Medjool Dates – Salt – Coconut Oil – Almond Milk – Vanilla Extract – Almond Flour – Tapioca Flour – Cacao Powder – Baking Powder - Orange Zest

Vegan and gluten-free Sweet Potato Brownies!

1. Chop and bake the sweet potato in aluminium foil. 2. Soften the dates in boiled water for 5 minutes. 3. Preheat the oven to 350F/ 175C and prepare a tray with baking paper.


Add softened dates, sweet potato puree, almond milk, coconut oil and vanilla extract into a food processor. Blend until smooth.

In a large bowl, mix almond flour, cacao powder, tapioca flour, salt, baking powder and orange zest. Add in the sweet potato and date batter.

Stir the sweet potato and date batter with the dry ingredients to combine.

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking tray and bake the brownies for 25-30 minutes.

Step 4

Drizzle dark chocolate and sprinkle a little extra orange zest on top. Enjoy!
